17/06/16 - DeVilbiss launch new extensions for AG-362 Automatic Spray Gun
DeVilbiss have launched a range of ten extension nozzles in a wide choice of lengths for every industrial application. Manufactured from brass and stainless steel, they are suitable for both solvent and water based coatings and provide excellent atomisation for Fan spray, forward round spray, 360° circular atomisation, 45° spray options and a 30° reverse angle version.
29/02/16 – Graco launch the GXFF Airless Paint Sprayer
Another extension to the GX range- the GXFF is a compact and lightweight Electric Airless Sprayer which features a 1.5 gallon hopper, a Precision-cut RAC X Fine Finish SwitchTip and adjustable pressure control which is displayed on a professional oil filled pressure gauge.
29/02/16 – Graco launch the GX21 Airless Paint Sprayer
Part of the GX range, the durable GX21 features a direct immersion design enabling 1-30 litres of paint to be sprayed directly from its containers. Lightweight and portable enough that it can be carried around, it has also been equipped with a professional SG3™ Gun with RAC X™ tip and 15m hose, a long life piston pump, a lifetime lubricated wiper pad and a convenient drip cup.
23/02/16 - Introducing the new Binks MagicFlow2
Magic-Flow 2 is a adaptable mixing solution, designed to accommodate many low and high pressure applications. It supports a range of optional, functionality-enhancing modules to provide 2, 3 or 4K component mixing with a maximum of 29 solvent and water based paints, and up to 4 spray guns. Designed for on target mixing, it also features a user friendly 7" colour touchscreen which displays essential information including paint consumption, flow rates, actual mix ratios and spray times.
18/02/16 – Graco unveil SoloTech Hose Pumps
Graco have unveiled SoloTech Hose Pumps- the latest addition to the Graco Process product line replacing the existing EP pump range. Although similar in appearance to its predecessor, the SoloTech is much lighter due to its new cast aluminium housing. It also features a metallic roller for a more accurate flow, a flange connection, a new hose design and more control options including batch control, pressure control and PLC connections.
19/10/15 – Graco’s new Pro Xpc Auto Electrostatic Spray Gun
The brand new Pro Xpc Auto electrostatic spray gun has been designed with flexibility in mind, allowing the operator to really take charge of the spraying process. The system which can be controlled by both a PLC and a switchboard features a compact and lightweight design, perfect for robots and fixtures with payload limits. In addition to providing maintenance reminders, it has 250 pre-sets allowing the operator to choose from a wide range of part sizes and shapes.
01/10/15 - Graco launch the XL 10000™ Air Motor
Replacing the Premier™ Air Motor, the XL10000™ is designed for Graco sealant and adhesive supply systems. Intended for use in high production facilities, the durable XL10000™ has reduced downtime compared to its predecessor due to exposed air poppets and air valves which provide easy access when carrying out maintenance work or during servicing. It also features a powerful 33cm diameter motor, lower pulsations and reduced noise levels.
01/10/15 - The Graco Husky 1050e Electric Double Diaphragm Pump
Graco have extended their transfer pump range with the Husky 1050e - an electric operated 1" double diaphragm pump which delivers all the advantages of an air operated pump but is 5 times more energy efficient and is quieter due to the electric motor. The Husky 1050e which has a maximum volume of 159/min has been designed so that there is no need to install pressure sensors or a surge processor.
16/09/15 - Graco unveil the Xtreme XL and their largest air motor
Graco have today unveiled the Xtreme XL Sprayer, designed for contractors who require a high output machine which delivers superior performance. It incorporates a new 10,000 cc XL Air Motor which enables it to run up to 6 spray guns at any time getting the job done faster, with practically no effect on pulsation and pattern.
23/06/15 - Graco launch the ChemSafe AODD transfer pump
Graco have launched the ChemSafe transfer pump to their AODD range, designed specifically for the more challenging corrosive and abrasive fluids than the 'standard' husky pumps. The product line which is available in 1/4" though to 1.5" and is compatible with 99% of transferred chemicals features a corrosion resistant exterior with no exposed metal, an anti-stalling air-valve, a removable air motor for easy service and a low icing muffler.
